About Me

Hello and welcome to my practice. Taking the first step and reaching out for help takes courage and curiosity, and I am here to help guide you as you take your first steps in the healing journey. While creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for you to express your feelings and share your experiences with me, we will work towards growth and improve your quality of life. As a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist I have extensive training and expertise in helping individuals and couples facing a variety of challenges and symptoms. I am passionate about watching my clients as they learn and transform, believing in the strengths each of them possesses.

I received my master’s degree from California State University Northridge, and continued my specialized training in Marriage and Family Therapy at the Alfred Adler Graduate School in Minnesota. I am trained in CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), IFS (Internal Family Systems), EFT (Emotionally Focused Therapy), The Gottman Method, and Discernment Counseling. I employ these as well as other techniques in my treatment of clients, tailoring them to my clients needs.
